The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:              
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 51                                                 
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska             
relating to limited entry for sport fish guides and allied                     
professions.                                                                   
                                                                               
HJR 51 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                
Finance Committee.
